You need to logon as admin account, then click on "Go
to Administration Panel"
link at the bottom of the page first !!!

How to lock/unlock a forum.
When you lock a forum only administrator
group can edit and post message. Regular member
cannot do it. Just go to Forum Admin/Management
> Edit> And chose "lock" in Forum Status
* To control more about who can write/post/ edit
in each forum, go to Forum Admin/ Permissions
link. Then select the forum you want to control,
then hit "Look up forum", Click on Advance
mode....

How to control Account activation process
Go to General Admin> Configuration.
On the Enable account
activation section, you can chose
- None : any person who
visit your forum can post a message without
registration
- User: to post a message, user can register an
account first. The activation link will be sent to
user email address
- Admin: to post a message, user can register an
account first. The activation link will be sent to
administrator email address
How to give an user some right (moderator, for
example)

Go to User Admin/
Permissions, then type user name in the box, then
hit "Look Up User" Button. If you do not remember
user name, hit "Find a user name" button. |
